What shipping options do I have?

We typically ship using Canada Post.

How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?

In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping address information and you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s). Be sure to select the correct shipping method to calculate an accurate amount for your desired shipping.

We will make every attempt to list only in-stock items, however there may be instances when a popular item may sell out quickly. Should this occur we will reach out directly to provide possible alternatives.

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are typically fulfilled during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST. Orders placed overnight or on the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email if requested when the order was placed.

Do you ship to USA or International?

We ship to the USA, please note that it may take a bit longer since we ship from Vancouver, BC. At this time we do not ship international outside of Canada and the USA.
