If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of the receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection.
To return all or part of your order please complete the Contact Us form on our website and include as much detail as possible regarding your request.
If you are requesting an exchange please note the item you would like in the comments field. At this time we offer size exchanges only.
If you are unable to complete this process please email us and we will assist you.
Once your return has been approved you will receive return instructions and regular status updates via email.

Items may be returned for
- Store Credit
We currently only offer size exchanges. If you would like a different item we recommend selecting store credit and then ordering the item you would like.
All items must be in new, unused condition and have all original tags and/or packaging.
Custom items may not be returned unless defective or misprinted.
Return Processing Times
- Refunds: 5-7 business days for the money to post back to your account
- Store Credit: 3-5 business days for your account to be credited
- Exchange: 3-5 business days for the new item to be shipped to you
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For damaged or incorrect items, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. Damaged and defective items must be returned within 30 days of the order's ship date. For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after you have received your order. We will start a ticket and, if possible, replace your item immediately. If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the item to us first.
